Since September 2020, Ashley Terlouw is the new chairwoman of the Meijers Committee. She is professor of Sociology of Law at the Radboud University (Nijmegen), chairs the departments of sociology of law and migration law and is also responsible for the Centre for Migration Law. Furthermore, Ashley is the chair of the editorial board of the Journal A&MR as well as the chairwoman of the Research Centre for State and Law (SteR).
Tamara has joined the Meijers Committee in November as the project officer for the project 'Safeguarding the Rule of Law in the European Union'. Before that, Tamara has worked as a legal intern for the Meijers Committee besides studying International Technology Law (LL.M.) at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Before moving to the Netherlands, Tamara has obtained a law degree at the University of Vienna, Austria.
Willem Hutten is the Meijers Committee's Executive Director since September 2020. Before that, he worked as a lecturer for migration law at the Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, and as a legal assistant in administrative law at the District Court Midden-Nederland. Willem has studied Philosophy and European Law at the Universiteit van Amsterdam.

Sanne Buisman is Assistant Professor of Criminal Law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Kees Groenendijk is emeritus professor sociology of law at the Radboud University Nijmegen, where he works for the Centre for Migration Law.
Maarten den Heijer is assistant professor of international law at the Amsterdam Center for International Law at the Universiteit van Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Theo de Roos is emeritus professor of at the Tilburg University and is honorary deputy justice at the Court of Appeals, in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Theo de Roos was chairman of the Meijers Committee from 2014 until September 2020.
Anne-Marie Smit is a judge at the Court of Appeals in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Furthermore, she is the contact point of the European Judicial Network in criminal matters.
Nico Tuijn is Deputy Chief Justice at the Court of Appeal s'-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. He has been a member of the Meijers Committee since 2017.
